No factory or child labor is ever used. Workers are paid higher than average wages and are free to move on at any point. Typically there are waiting lists to become a tailor with their artisan groups. Most of the families supported by this initiative have gone from having no running water to purchasing land, motorized vehicles and sending their children to college.
