7. RELEASE

GoShopping.com acts as a venue. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more (including, without limitation, any dispute between users regarding any transaction), you, on behalf of yourself (and any of your officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, and assigns), hereby agree to release, remise, and forever discharge GoShopping.com and its services and each of their respective agents, officers, directors, information providers, service providers, employees, suppliers, predecessors, successors, attorneys, and all other related persons from, against any complaints, claims, obligations, demands, rights, actions, suits, causes of action, losses, indemnification obligations, liabilities, matters, cost, issues, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of the service.

8. TERMINATION

GoShopping.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the website. GoShopping.com may choose to assume that you intended to terminate your account if you do not access it for more than 90 days. If you breach any provision of the TOS, you may no longer use the service. GoShopping.com at any time and without notice may, in its sole discretion, suspend, change, or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the service for any reason whatsoever.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You acknowledge that GoShopping.com has no obligation to monitor the communication services. GoShopping.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move, or remove any materials that are available via the service that violates the TOS or are otherwise objectionable at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

We are not responsible for the content of any third party materials accessible through GoShopping.com. If you believe that a merchant or other user has acted in connection with the website in a way that infringes your trademark or copyright, GoShopping.com encourages you to resolve your dispute directly with the merchant or user. We do desire to respect all copyrights and other intellectual property rights and to respond accordingly when notified of the infringement of those rights. You acknowledge and agree that GoShopping.com is not responsible or liable for the availability of these outside resources or their contents, nor does GoShopping.com endorse nor is GoShopping.com responsible for any of the contents, advertising, products, or other materials on such sites. You further acknowledge and agree that GoShopping.com shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on such sites or resources.

13. GENERAL

You agree that this TOS, including the rules referred to herein, comprises the entire agreement between you and GoShopping.com, and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and GoShopping.com. Neither you nor GoShopping.com may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this TOS without the prior written consent of the other party, except that GoShopping.com shall be entitled to assign or transfer any or all of its rights and obligations (without your prior consent) to any of its affiliated companies.
