I placed an order ab..
I placed an order about three weeks ago. I immediately became concerned because I didn't get an email verification of the order. I DID get a confirmation number that I wrote down (I don't know that it will do any good). I should have trusted my gut instinct that told me it wasn't a trustworthy site; however, I payed via PayPal because I had that "feeling" about the site. I've disputed the charge via PayPal and have not heard anything yet. I have to wait a few more days then I can escalate it to a claim via PayPal. I hope they come through for me! DON'T shop on Dailyshop.com! You will be very sorry. . .

I have nothing but trouble ordering from them, 1st paying for my order was not going thru...I wish I had given up, because it has been a month and I haven't received my order, a confirmation, a notice saying it's been shipped, or a tracking number(which is all standard for ordering online). I have tried to get in touch with their customer service thru email and yahoo msger..they say their always online to help...NOT TRUE. I finally got a response by contacting their page on Facebook, and they are rude and tell me to patient and that I can contact their customer service with issues...which as I said, is near impossible! One of times I tried to contact them thru msger, a day later I got a instant msg back that said "can't you wait 20mins before contacting CS". RUDE! They say on their site that they will take responsibility for inconvinence , all that means is they will say "you should be patient" thats their idea of taking responsibility. I have NOT received my order yet, so I can say if the product is quality, but at this point, it's definitely NOT worth it even if the dress is woven with pure gold strands straight from heaven!!

Had the most horribl..
Had the most horrible experience with Daily shop. Ordered an item. Selected DHL as I wanted it to come asap. 2 weeks later, still not arrived. There is no number to call them, just an online chat where some Chinese people who can not understand English chat with you. I was told my item will arrive after a month as it was out of stock. I asked for a refund. They were begging me not to ask for a refund. How unprofessional is that !! I said it was a birthday gift and i cant accept it that late. They just got rude and closed the chat window !! Atrocious ! I wish there was some cyber police who could get my money back for me !
