I give it a 3 because when they needed to take some money for upgrade, which I didn't know I had to pay for upgrade, CSR tried to bedit my account and I didn't have eough money and pmnt was declined. An e-mail wasnot send to me advising me of the "declined" issue and their response was that they do evry business in faith of customer. that is good. I wouldn't do t on my business. If an e-mail would've been sent 2 me advising me of the problem, everythingwould've gonebetter. regarding mailing phones, my firs onegot here in 3 days. so in that part I give them a 10. Another thing was that CSR "assumed" I din't want to pay and I had to email my bank statement. We talked like adults and erything is fine and I will continue buying from them. YES! GOOD PRICES!!! Just not evrything goes perfect, right?t have enough money becuase

Great prices. I like..
Great prices. I liked how easy it was to make the order. I don't like that I cannot go to the website and check on my order, I have to wait until it ships to get an email with a tracking number. Why can't I look up my order and see if it is still processing, or if It's ready to go, just not shipped because it's Saturday.
